Food was great. Only 1 employee needed as you get your own beer. Beer was great. We had two young kids. Employee was very friendly and accepting.

Best new restaurant in town! All the food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the experience of pouring your own drink is so fun! You definitely need to get your gang together at Malachela.

This was a great find. It's different. I could sample a number of different kinds of beer in small quanities. I'm an IPA fan. They had several to choose from. The food was awesome, especially the mac and cheese. Our waitress had a dry sense of humor and was very helpful. To me, both great traits, especially for a waitress. I'll definitely go there again.

The best molleja tacos in town hands down. Not only is it a great place to get some amazing craft beer and more. But one of the best places to eat in town aswell.10/10 recommend

This was a wonderful experience. Good to see Brownsville now has a place with plenty of beer options on tap, whether you’re looking for an IPA, stout, sour, or anything in between, they have you covered. The aesthetic is pleasant and food tastes very good with unique dishes.

Let me tell you something.. if you like Miller lite or bud light don't come here.. this is a place outside those just basic beers. If you like different kind of beers this is the place for you!!! You will love the beer selection, it goes with the season so right now you should try those ipa's that are citrious for that hot temperature. If you like other beers from another country this is the place to find them. Did I tell you the food was great ?? Chimi steak sando was a five star. The owners are great and ready to help out if you need any info regarding any beer or any questions how it all works. Honestly it's a great place . Try it out you won't regret it, the price is great. I'll be back for my VIP MEMBERSHIP!!! HOPEFULLY SOON IT WILL BE AVAILABLE!!!

The service was great and the food was pretty good too. The beer was perfect. I recommend the churi Steak sandwich and the fried chicken sandwich

My wife and I went and hung out with some friends. Food was good, but a tad over priced for what you're getting. They have an amazing selection of beers, and even a couple of wines. They have a clever way to dispense the drinks using a wrist band, they charge you by the oz. It would be nice if they offered some mixed drinks as well. Staff was super nice, and did a great job of explaining how it all worked. They were very attentive, and kept checking in on us. They also did a great job of recommending drinks. Nice atmosphere, they have 3 large screens and they were showing a variety of sports while we were there on a Friday evening. My wife and I are already talking about the next time we will go by and which friends we're inviting first.

First time here and the service, beer selection, and overall experience was exceptional! My server was very knowledgeable about beer, went above and beyond to explain questions, and the place was impeccably clean and vibrant. Great atmosphere and perfect for meeting friends. Great prices. Spunky vibe. The sparkly clean glassware was the best touch. Nothing like this in Brownsville. I LOVE this place. People REALLY care about your experience here and it is felt all across the board. The beer selection is absolutely fantastic and caters to all. Food comes out quick and very tasty. Yes yes yes!!! Can’t wait to come back—a true hidden gem!!
